"Are my shoes too far gone to repair?"
"Will my shoes need rands?"

Examples of Too Far Gone

The sole is most likely worn through, the rand is worn through, stitching on the leather under the rand rubber is busted, or the whole seam is busted so your shoe can be used as a puppet. We will not resole shoes in this condition. If you're questioning, email us photos or check out our Instagram for more tips @flophouseresoles

What we will repair

The sole may be worn through, the rand may be visibly worn a bit, the rand might have a soft spot to the touch, the stitching on the leather under the rand rubber is intact... We will likely repair shoes in these conditions- unless they haven't been resoled by another resoler (sometimes that is its own mess to clean up, taking way more of our time and resources for no additional pay).
